Office of the deputy commissioner (DC), Dimapur has notified that in view of the Diwali celebrations the bursting of fire crackers would be allowed only from November 9-11 and not beyond11 p.m. every day. In an official order, DC Dimapur Kesonyu Yhome informed the public to adopt strict safety measures to avoid any injury or fire.
