Governor greets

Nagaland governor P.B. Acharya has, on the occasion of Sukrunye festival, extended his warmest greetings to the members of Chakhesang community. In his greetings message, Acharya said Sukrunye festival signified sanctification and cleansing oneself and beginning of a new journey and expressed hope that the people of Nagaland would start a new journey by forgiving each other, being a blessing to each other and work together in bringing lasting peace and upliftment of the society. He prayed that the celebration of this festival bring peace and progress to the people of Nagaland and strengthen the bond of love and unity among the people.
