Prohibitory order along Doldoli Forest area

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dimapur has issued prohibitory order for information of the general public along the whole stretch of the Doldoli Reserved Forest area on the Nagaland side of the Nagaland-Assam border for maintenance of law and order.
In an order, the DC Dimapur Kesonyu Yhome cautioned that any individual, group(s) or organisation defying order would be doing so at their own risk and the perpetrators would be dealt with as per relevant provisions of the law. DC said the order comes into immediate effect till further order.
The Deputy Commissioner had issued the order after taking note of the reports of developmental activities reportedly being carried out by certain groups of people in the Doldoli Reserved Forest area. 
DC also noted that such activities in the Reserved Forest were illegal and could lead to law and order problem.
Therefore, considering the situation, the DC said prohibitory order has become essential to help in maintaining law and order in Doldoli Reserved Forest area on Nagaland side of the Nagaland-Assam border.
