One day training on TOPV/BOPV Vaccine Switch was conducted at Chief Medical Officer (CMO) conference hall, Tuensang on April 6. Speaking as the resource person, M.O, PHC Longpang, Dr. M. Tova gave a power point presentation on the topics of global polio scenario and endgame strategy, National Switch plan: overview, components and timeline, online tracking of TOPV, BOPV and IPV and roles and responsibilities. HMIS portal compilation of S/C and PHC under Tuensang Sadar block was also highlighted in the programme. Altogether, around 40 members including DPMU staffs and from different health units under Tuensang Sadar block attended the training programme. The programme was organized for the ANMs, vaccinators and GNMs of Tuensang Sadar block and chaired by BPM Tuensang Sadar Moalemba A.
