Veterinary & Animal Husbandry (V&AH) director Dr. R.Thungchamo Ezung along with a team of officers on Friday visited Haemorrhagic Septicaemia (HS) affected area to assess and take stock of the situation.
A statement issued by V&AH directorate stated that at present sufficient vaccine and medicines were available at the Liaison centre, Ngwalwa, carried out by Rapid Response Team (RRT).
V&AH has advised farmers to immediately contact RRT officers, Ngwalwa for vaccination and treatment besides reporting any suspected case and death of the livestock.
