ITP 2nd phase trg for Longleng government servants concludes

Twelve-day Induction Training Programme (ITP) for Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ state government employees of Longleng district concluded on April 21. The training was sponsored by DoPT, government of India and organized by Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Kohima. In the training SDO (C), HQ, Japheth Woch exhorted the trainees and encouraged them to change the prevailing work culture in their respective workplaces and also put into practice what they have learnt in the society as well. He also motivated the trainees to have the enthusiasm of attending such training in the future. During the training covered topics on soft skills such as personality development and office procedures. The valedictory function was chaired by EAC HQ, Zhoi Lohe and course coordinator, ITP Longleng, Dr. A. Alem W. Longchar proposed the vote of thanks. Altogether, 33 government servants attended the training and were awarded with participatory certificates by SDO (C), HQ Longleng, Japheth Woch. The participants were also taken to Pongo Tourist village under Longleng district for field visit followed by one day cleanliness drive in the district hospital, Longleng.
