Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome, has informed that the proposed visit of Union Minister of State (MoS) for Panchayati Raj, Nihal Chand, to Nagaland, which was scheduled on April 28 and 29, has been postponed till further notice.
