200 patients treated, provided free medicines at medical camp

More than 200 people were treated at the free medical camp organized by Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC), Seikhazou at Panchayat Hall, Naga Hospital Colony, Kohima on Friday.
During the camp –free screening test for sugar /HIV, malaria and BP were carried out by the doctors and nurses, while free medicines were also distributed.
Dr. Ao Meren Longkumer, MO, in -charge UPHC Seikhazou and Dr. Senti Moa, Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), Kohima, nurses and health workers conducted the camp. Directorate of Health and Family Welfare also distributed free LLINS (Mosquito net) on the occasion.
Meanwhile, Naga Hospital Colony chairman, Vizetuo Solo thanked the UPHC Seikhazou for having special concern to the colony in organizing the free medical camp.
Earlier, the camp began with an invocation by Kehoulelie Zatsu, traveling pastor CRC Naga Hospital Colony. Naga Hospital Colony Panchayat and Naga Hospital Youth Organization members also attended the camp.
