An interaction with apex frontal bodies of Lotha and Rengma communities like Lotha Hoho, Lotha Eloe Hoho and Rengma Hoho was organised by 28 Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ 5 Sector Assam Rifles at Wokha, Thursday.
According to DIPR report, various important issues were discussed during the interaction in which all officers and ladies of 28 Assam Rifles participated.
The report stated said the programme was another stride towards achieving the Moto of Assam Rifles the “Friends of Hill People.”
The members of Lotha Hoho, Rengma Hoho and Lotha Hoho Eloe also appreciated the initiative taken by 28 Assam Rifles and assured their “unconditional support to security forces in future”.
