Three-day training on “leadership and team building” for the NCS and NPS probationers of 2014 batch was held from September 1 to 3 by the Kingdom Stewards of Jalukie.
During the three-day program, full experiential learning exercises for leadership development and team building as well as practical games were conducted.
Jalukie Town Baptist Church Pastor Mongzueng Mopm brief the probationers on the challenges that the contemporary world was facing and how to confront them as a government servant with integrity.
The training was led by Kingdom Stewards of Jalukie director, Mongzueng Mpom along with Ipiebeube and Akhrie.
