Expired goods seized in Kohima

Merhiilietsa youth organization Kohima along with staff of chief medical officer Kohima led by its food safety officer and DB from DC office Kohima, conducted a surprise raid and inspection of food items in all the shops at Merhülietsa colonyKohima on September 21. 

During checking many expired food items, beverages and daily commodities were seized and destroyed in the presence of the colony people. 

The youth warned and cautioned all the defaulters for stringent action and informed that such surprise checking would be conducted often in future too.
