The ongoing reality singing event The Amazing Voice season-2, organized by Livemaster Studio, is headed for the grand finale after three contestants were eliminated during the semi-final round held at hotel Acacia, Dimapur, Sunday.
The singing competition which has nurtured and given platform to numerous music aspirants has trimmed down its contestants to eight finalists who will be performing one last time for the coveted title and ofcourse a pretty good amount of prize money.
Sunday’s event saw the contestants singing some of their favourite song some singing bollywood songs while other going for both contemporary and classic English hits.
During the semi-final round, Gaily C#4 bagged the best vocal award while Moaakhum C#12 got the best performer award, they both received sound system as gift hampers and certificates.
Judges for the show are Sunep Lemtur and Rebekah Moore, both music professionals, while the show is hosted by reigning Miss Dimapur, Zehovire (Avi) Kechü. The grand finale will be held in the month of October.
