Drawing attention to Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on fraudulent withdrawal of Rs. 37.99 lakh, ADC Niuland V. Lovitoly Sema has asked the CAG to specifically mention the period (January 2014-June 2014), since the error was committed by the predecessor. Lovitoly also wanted the authority to intimidate on the action taken on the issue.
