AR nabs NSCN (K) member

Acting on specific input regarding a suspected NSCN (K) cadre travelling from Kiphire to Kohima on April 19, troops of 7 Assam Rifles  arrested one person identified as Yitelmpa Yaden aka Alemba.
According to PRO, HQ IGAR (North), lt. Col. Amitabh Sharma, 7 Assam Rifles established mobile vehicle check post at Pungro road junction  Kiphire  and nabbed the suspected NSCN (K) member.
The accused was handed over to Kiphire Police Station for further investigation, PRO added.
