In an effort to create awareness about cleanliness and civic sense, students union of NU: SASRD, organised mass cleanliness drive in the campus.
Students in collaboration with entire teaching and non-teaching faculty undertook the activity with the assistance of the Medziphema Municipal Council.
A short programme was held before the cleanliness drive, wherein the noted cyclist of Nagaland, activist, innovator, proprietor of Go Travels and initiator behind Project 72 Hours, Sievituo Chevy emphasised the fact that civic sense and change of attitude was the necessity need in Naga society.
He also motivated the youth to embrace the trials of life and become better individuals who could contribute to the society.
Dean of NU: SASRD also encouraged them to maintain an evergreen and ever-clean campus.
