Moatsu festival was celebrated in Yaongyimsen village on May 2 organised by SAMA Mepu Yaongyimsen. The celebration was graced by parliamentary secretary of Art and Culture, E. Eshak Konyak.
Addressing the gathering E. Eshak Konyak appreciated the villagers for their effort in preserving the rich culture by observing the festival. The celebration was marked with a traditional song by Meputsür Telongjem and traditional pulling of the log drum by SAMA Mepu.
