After the grand success and heart warming response during their debut concert at Supermarket Dimapur, Lords of Rock (LOR) is now all set to treat Mokokchung citizens with some of their favourite songs.
LOR will be performing live at Town Hall, Mokokchung tonight from 6 p.m. onwards.
In a conversation with Nagaland Post, the frontman of LOR, Clement Imsong said the band was really excited at the thought of performing in Mokokchung, a town fondly called as the ‘city of rock and roll’.
He said, the band was expecting their journey to the town will be a memorable one and that they were expecting a huge response from the citizens of the town.
During their first gig at The Garden, Dimapur, LOR played a list of songs mostly from the late 80’s to early 90’s, a time considered most valuable in the history of rock music.
From the likes of Guns N Roses to Bon Jovi, Mr. Big, Metallica, Skid Row, Extreme etc. the bands play list contains songs everyone loves and can sing along.
Lords of Rock (LOR) is made up of Clement Imsong as the frontman, Imkumer Jamir and Toshimoa Jamir on the guitars, Akihito Zhimomi as the bassist and Alemtemsu Ozukum on the drums.
Their gig in Mokokchung will be opened by Rag Dolls and Mannequin.
