Longjendi releases debut album ‘Taochi’

A debut album titled ‘Taochi’ dedicated to Late Taliakum, by Missionary to Burma Longjendi Kichu was released, Tuesday, at the Cosmos Entertainment Hall by Lecturer FAC & Proprietor of Straightway School, Dr. Aotemshi.
Speaking about the album, the young missionary, songwriter and singer Longjendi expressed his happiness at the release of his debut album and at the same time he described Late Taliakum (to whom the album has been dedicated) as a mentor in his song writing and a close friend.  He described that the song ‘Taochi’ is a mission oriented life testimony from Burma (Myanmar).
While lauding Longjendi in the release of his debut album, the President of Mokokchung District Musicians Association Arsashi stated that Music never lie but brings peace, unity and justice to humanity.
At the same time, he lamented that the dedication and sincerity of song writers are yet to be duelly acknowledged or appreciated by the people of the day, which should be matter of concern, he added. At the same time, he said that should not be a matter deterance to pursue one’s passion.
The music album was dedicated by MTBA Associate Pastor Sentimeren and the ceremongy was led by Talinungsang while the invocation was said by Sashinungla. (Correspondent)
