Christian children’s book titled ‘Chichiba Tembar’ (True Friend) authored by Moanaro Imchen was released by the pastor of Kumlong Baptist Church, Rev I Lima Jamir at the KBC conference hall on June 19.
Pastor Rev Lima Jamir expressed hope that the book would be an inspiration for the readers and impart valuable Christian teachings to the readers.
The author, Moanaro Imchen said that she always wanted to write a book on Christian values and write about God’s love and blessings for children. She expressed hope that her book might inspire the young children to read books and also help the children to inculcate good Christian values in their everyday lives. Moanaro also expressed heartfelt gratitude to her mentors Rev C Walu Waling and Temjen Tzudir.
Ao Senden Literature Board Secretary, Temjen Tzudir, while giving a brief review of the book, said that the book would be helpful not only for the children but also for the parents too.
Published by Heritage Publishing House, Dimapur, Chichiba Tembar is the first book authored by Moanaro Imchen, a fulltime church worker, currently serving as associate pastor of Christian Education Ministry at Kumlong Baptist Church.
Chiciba Tembar (True Friend) is about two young friends Duluba and Lisemba and their strong friendship. The book will be available in bookstalls at Mokokchung.
