New office of UNDP dedicated

The news office of United Naga Democratic Party (UNDP) in Purana Bazar was dedicated by Rev. Tsipisi of Sangtam Baptist Church, Dimapur. 

A press note by UNDP vice president Wati Jamir and president youth (state) Temsu Walling stated that during the programme, a general meeting was also held wherein the party resolved and reiterated to support the on-going Naga peace process. 

This would be for immediate resolution of Naga political issue to bring peace and prosperity in the state. 

It also decided to participate in the forth coming general election in a fair and free manner and support the campaign launched by NBCC for clean election. 

New office bearers for the term 2017-2022 were elected. The new team is headed by president Hotongse Sangtam, general secretary Dr. A. Imti Jamir along with six others.
