AWUM appeals for smooth execution of road project

All Ward Union Mokokchung (AWUM) has extended its fullest cooperation to the concern contractor for proposed resumption of work on the road which is the lifeline for Mokokchung, Tuensang and Zunheboto (Mokokchung-Mariani National Highway 702-D) left unattended for many years. 

In a press note, AWUM president R. Ayim Longkumer and general secretary, Lanumeren also cautioned the concern contractor not to compromise on quality as per the specification.  AWUM also appealed to all the public within its ambit/vicinity to extend cooperation and to bear the inconvenience in the course of execution. Further, AWUM has made special appeal to the landowners, national workers and individuals to extend all possible help so that no group(s) or individual obstruct or hamper the smooth execution of the project.
