MCC 10 annual fresher’s day-cum-foundation day

Model Christian College (MCC) celebrated its 10th annual fresher’s day programme-cum-college foundation day on July 1 at the college auditorium.

Addressing the freshers, S.P Francis, managing director, MCC stressed on the importance of faith- faith in teachers, faith in God and encouraged them to pursue academic and moral excellence. To have a bright future, he said that future was in one’s own hands and to achieve it, one should have a good start. He further urged the students to let down one’s ego, pride and ignorance to finish well. He also thanked the alumni, students, teachers and staff for joining the celebration and encouraged them to excel in their own fields in the days to come.

Hrushu D. Robvuna gave the welcome speech and Pushu Lam spoke on behalf of the freshers. Special numbers were presented by B.sc 3rd semester and Tsukhumthong respectively and a dance number by Visivoto, B.A 5th semester. The program was hosted by Akhriezo and Wonchano.
