Financial assistance to destitute women

The Zeme Mipui Maadi (ZMM), Peren in collaboration with the department of Women Resource Development in a programme gave financial assistance to the destitute women of Peren district on July 5. According to DIPR report, president, ZMM, Apeuna Iheilung in her speech enlightened the gathering on how the government was trying to help women even in the smallest of the way. She lauded the efforts of the government, on behalf of the womenfolk, for the financial assistance rendered to them. She also encouraged the women of the district to be positive in their outlook, including availing the privilege of the financial assistance.
