Senior Treasury Officer (STO) Kohima north, P. Ajung Amer has informed all the pensioners drawing pension from the Kohima North treasury, that annual physical verification for the current year 2017 would be conducted as per the scheduled.
STO has informed that verification for live pensioners would be held from October 9-18; family pensioners from October 21- 26 from 12 p.m. onwards.
All the concerned pensioners have been informed to check their serial numbers and date in the notice board and family pensioners are asked to bring original documents and necessary certificates.
STO informed that contact numbers of those pensioners unable to come on genuine reasons was to be submitted to office for physical verification by an officer. It has been informed that no payment would be made without annual physical verification.
