Yangzitong Villahe A and B Council (YVA&BC) has condemned the barbaric act and in human murder of its citizen late Yangsemong Sangtam on the night of December 10 at Singrijan/Deziephe village area.
In a condemnation note issued by chairman YVA&BC, Hotolu Chishi, GB Yangzitong A, Serito K. Sangtam and GB Yangzitong B, Tokhuvi Z. Yepthomi, termed the incident as unfortunate and evidently murdered cold blooded by the perpetrator.
The release described late Yangsemong Sangtam as a man of integrity and moral upright without any adverse or criminal record who led a sober life of teetotaller and never indulged himself in immoral activities but was a restrained and moderate character. YVA&BC has urged the law enforcing agency to immediately arrest the murderer without further delay and award the highest punishment.
