Describing election as “anti-thesis” of solution, the NSCN (I-M) steering committee convenor, Rh. Raising, on Thursday said that solution was about the future of the Nagas, but election was about the Indian constitution. “Solution is about the unique history, culture and identity of the Nagas whereas election is about India…” Raising said at the joint council meeting held at CHQ Hebron on January 25, 2018.
He, therefore, called upon the Nagas to decide whether they choose solution or election; whether they choose freedom or slavery. “We are the prime factor. Our decision will take us to the top of the world or pull us down to the bottom,” Raising said.
