
With the aim to present and promote talents of students, Hope Academy organised its 9th Kindergarten graduation-cum-annual day on Wednesday at the IMC hall, Dimapur.
The day witnessed dance and act performances “Pyramid of Giza (Egypt)” by KG II smart pandas, Taj Mahal (India ) dance by KG II smart Cubs, Leaning Tower of Pisa by KG II smart muffins , Statue of Liberty by KG II smart donuts, Eiffel Tower (France) by preschool teddy bears, Great Wall of China by preschool butterflies, Statue of Zeus (Greece) by preschool tinker bells, KG I tweeties performed Petra and Jordan KG I bunny rabbits performed Roman Colosseum, KG I little stars performed Mount Everest (Nepal) and KG I little champs presented Christ the Redeemed (Nepal). During the programme, the school announced scholarships for meritorious students for grade 9 and 10. The best three students of grade 8 will also be eligible for the grade 9 scholarship. Likewise the best three grade 9 students will be eligible for the grade 10 scholarship. The scholarships consist of free books and 50 % discount on monthly school fees.
Twenty three students received awards for top academic excellence for the session 2017-18, which were presented by administrator, Sashila. Students who secured 100% attendance for the academic session 2017-18 were also given achiever’s certificates. God’s blessing was invoked by Pastor of Lighthouse church, Wapang Longchari, while short speeches were delivered by parent, Bokali Mughavi and Temjensola. The day ended with the graduation ceremony led by Toshi.
