Department of power has informed that there would be power shutdown in Lalmati area, Piphema, Pherima, Medziphema, Jharnapani, Jalukie and Peren on May 12, May 14 and May 15, 2018 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. In a press release, chief engineer (D&R), Er. Khose Sale, stated that power shutdown has been necessitated as the department would be carrying out 33kV line (AP1 & AP2) shifting work to facilitate the Dimapur-Kohima four-lane construction along NH-29. The department has requested the consumers to bear with inconvenience.
