Koinonia Prayer Centre concluded its 3-day monthly revival programme held under the theme “Honour your father and your mother” (Exodus 20:12) from May 11 to 13. The revival meeting was attended by more than four hundred people on the final day.
The main speaker was Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo, senior pastor Koinonia Baptist Church & Principal Kohima Bible College. Speaking at the Sunday evening service, he stated that believers should not be just hearers of the word of God but also doers, because it leads to blessings. He said that honouring parents was among the greatest noble acts in the sight of God.
On Saturday, he also baptised three persons, including a convert and administered the Lord’s supper.
The monthly event was hosted by Tsonga Rengma and family. Special praises were presented by Koinonia Youth Dept, Men and Women fellowship, Tsiesema Basa Baptist youth fellowship, Rubies group, Mengubeiü Khro, Nzan and Neilhou Sopfünuo.
Every second week of the month, a three-day revival programme is held and hosted by different individuals/families. People from across the state come for the spiritual feeding and celebration.
