Government Higher Secondary School Pfutsero under Phek district has been declared a litter free campus, as part of the school’s efforts towards the Swaachh Bharat Campaign, on Thursday.
During the declaration ceremony, GHSS vice principal, Kelhikha Kenye explained the idea behind the litter free campus initiative to the students and teachers.
The students and teachers were encouraged to take responsibility to keep our environment clean by not littering it. The students and teachers took a pledge to abide by the litter free campus call and also to spread the message to others. The litter free declaration was given by GHSS principal, Vechikhoyi Lohe.
