Football lovers from all parts of Dimapur city gathered at DDSC stadium, Dimapur, to witness the ongoing FIFA World Cup 2018 on big screens and large speakers.
Hundreds of football fans, some dressed in the jersey of their favourite teams, gathered at the stadium where ample food were on sale while two humongous screens and deafening loudspeakers had been put up for the screening.
As evening set in and the time for second match on Saturday approached, vehicles packed with people to its maximum capacity, thronged to the stadium.
A relatively new trend for the people who usually loves to stay at home during this time every four years and watch the global event, Urban Muse in collaboration with Livemaster studio, came up with the idea to create a space where football lovers, irrespective of their following, could come, scream as loud as they want and enjoy the game together in a carnival-like atmosphere.
The organizers screen all the night-time matches and football lovers could watch the game sitting in or atop their vehicle.
The occasional display of colored lights during the climax of a goal accompanied by blaring sound of air horns takes the spirit of the event to a whole new level and memorable experience.
The organizers said they will be screening the event till the final on July 15 and has invited football lovers to come and share the fun together.
