SSPN organises tree plantation drive

 In an endeavour to sensitise cadets on the value of tree plantation and the need to protect the environment, Sainik School Punglwa, Nagaland (SSPN) organised a tree plantation drive on June 24, in the school in which more than 240 tree saplings were planted within the vicinity of the school.
Principal of the school, Gp. Capt. Sharad R. Keskar, initiated the drive and encouraged the cadets to take pragmatic steps to improve the quality of the environment for the future generation and to make the world a greener place to live in. 
The school thanked Dr. Sentitula IFS, DFO (Divisional Forest Officer) Peren Division, Jalukie for providing tree saplings for the school.
