Nagaland Coffee Shop opened in Dimapur

To provide a space for all the coffee lovers, Nagaland Coffee Shop, a franchise of Naga Coffee Pvt Ltd was opened at circular road, Dimapur on Saturday.

Dr. Pieter Vermiulen and Capt. Rena Ezung are the proprietors of the coffee shop. 

Speaking at the inaugural programme, director of Department of Land Resources, Hoto Yeptho gave a brief history of coffee cultivation in Nagaland. He also wished the proprietors of the coffee shop the very best in their endeavour.

Coffee produced from Nagaland is already being exported to South Africa under the brand ‘Nagaland Coffee.’ Currently, four districts in Nagaland, Mokokchung, Mon, Wokha, and Zunheboto, are producing coffee.

The coffee shop will be open from 10:00 am till 7:00 pm from Tuesday to Saturday. The shop will, however, remain closed on Mondays but will be open on Sundays in the afternoon.

Earlier, the dedicatory prayers was offered by pastor of Sinai Ministry Dimapur, S Imliwapang Longchari.
