Mokokchung battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North), conducted a lecture-&-awareness program on “Drug Free Nagaland” for local residents of Artang ward, Mokokchung on November 22.
According to PRO HQ IGAR (N), the lecture emphasized on how drug abuse imposes emotional, social and financial burdens on loved ones. Various measures to sensitize and keep the young generation away from the evils of drug use were also covered. The chairman, village council members and 20 youth attended the program.
