The 3rd Session of the 13th Assembly session Friday got the assent of the Governor for the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2018, while the Nagaland Nursing Council Bill, 2019 and the Nagaland Lokayukta (Amendment) Bill, 2019 were introduced in the floor of the House.
NLA commissioner and secretary Benjamin Newmai reported the assent of the Governor for the NG&ST (Amendment) Bill, 2018.
The introduction of Government Bills, the Nagaland Lokayukta (Amendment) Bill, 2019, was moved by chief minister and minister-in-charge of P&AR, Neiphiu Rio and minister for Health & Family Welfare S. Pangyu Phom introduced the Nagaland Nursing Council Bill, 2019.
