To create awareness on oral health hygiene in the district, a one day oral health awareness camp was conducted at Luthur Village on July 23.
The camp was led by Dr. Weri Mero dental Pungro and assistaed by nurses, ASHA co-ordinator, village ASHA & Anganwadi workers.
During the camp a total number of 49 OPD cases were registered. A total of 17 were registered for dental extraction and four were registered for root-stump and 30 patients were treated with oral prophylaxis.
Village Health Committee, Village Councils and the villagers took part in the event.
