Mon ADP, World Vision India (WVI) and Social Welfare department, Mon since signing of signed MoU in October 2015, has been closely working for the upliftment of vulnerable section of the people in the communities.
A press release from Mon ADP, WVI coordinator development facilitation, Y. Nockyam Wangnao stated that, Mon ADP, World Vision India as partner for strengthening ICDS programmes have constructed 5 ICDS Centres and renovated 3 ICDS Centres in Mon and Wakching blocks in 2019.
In the presence of Christabel Kalaiselvi group director-operation WVI, Samuel Therieh associate director PMO Guwahati and communities leaders, Khupao Hengna DPO, Mon and M. Tongwang Yanlam CDPO, Mon inaugurated Totok Chinglen ICDS Centre and Totok Chingnyu ICDS Centre “A” respectively on August 13.
