Zeliangrong Baudi Kohima (ZBK) organised the installation programme of new office bearers and executive council team for 2019 to 2021 at The Heritage Old DC Bungalow, Kohima on August 31.
A press release from ZBK information and publicity secretary, Rutmakbo stated that, advisors of ZBK Kelei Zeliang, Alan Gongmei and Achakbo Newmai spoke at the programme. They exhorted the new team to maintain unity for the progress of Zeliangrong community in Kohima as well as for the general public. They also said that they needed to be supportive and affectionate towards each other and as responsible and educated citizen to build good foundation for Zeliangrong community.
Outgoing president, Kairinpibo encouraged the new team to not create any misunderstanding among the executive, rather to be organised and represent the tribal meetings as an when their presence was required. He also urged the new executive council to work for the welfare of the community and try their best to solve any problem that arises in near future.
ZBK new team was blessed by Liwang Newme associate pastor Kohima Zeme Baptist Church (KZBC) Naga Bazaar. The new team is led by Pagai Ndang as president along with seven others.
