Person caught shall be severely penalised with the amount fixed by the JAC.
The house also reiterated on the slow developmental works of the four-lane project.
JAC while appreciating the government for the developmental project which is implemented after decades, is also exasperated at the firm/company taking up the works along the village stretch as the condition of the roads was worst in the stretch as compared to other areas.
JAC further stated that it was ready to assist or support in any way needed for speedy works and thus insist the company/firm to focus more and take necessary measures, engage workers or machineries along the stretch as per requirement for speed and consistent work.
The three bodies also presented their reports and also discussed certain activities for the development of the welfare of the village in general.
The meeting was conducted by Seyieneilhou Keyho as the sessional chairman and Diezevisie Nakhro as the sessional secretary.
