Disaster familiarization exercise in Kiphire

Five-day intensive familiarization exercise (FAMEX), organised by District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) Kiphire in collaboration with 12th Bn. National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Doimukh (AP) was held at Kiphire from September 16 to 20. 

According to DIPR report, FAMEX exercise was conducted as per the schedule: day one with DEF, public and district hospital staff; day two with the district HQ school students; day three with Fire and Emergency, VG, NAP and Zisaji Presidency College; day four at Pungro ADC HQ with public and school students and day five at Longmatra EAC HQ with public and school students.
