Nagaland Students’ Union Chandigarh (NSUC) celebrated its 2nd annual gathering cum fresher’s social on September 28 at Rodem House, Vikas Nagar, Nayagaon, Chandigarh under the theme, “rooted together for unity”.
A press release by NSUC stated that motivational speaker, Vivek Atray was the inaugural session chief guest of occasion.
The inaugural session was followed by an “extravaganza nite”, where students, members and invitees presented different items including songs, dances and cultural presentation showcasing Naga cultural wear.
The second session also witnessed the crowning of the 2nd NLSUC Mr. & Miss Fresher 2019 to Meshenti Tep and Hikili Sumi respectively. The session ended with a mass prayer led by NLSUC, president Chumroba J Sangtam.
