During the ongoing fifth session of the 13th Legislative Assembly on February 14, Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio laid down the annual administrative reports of Finance, Information Technology &Communication, Social Welfare, Electrical Inspectorate and the first annual report of Nagaland Lokayukta and annual administrative reports of Transport, Civil Aviation & Railways, Land Resources, Housing, Mechanical, Soil & Water Conservation and Geology & Mining.
According to DIPR report, advisor IPR & SCERT Toshi Wungtung, who is the chairman of the committee on subordinate legislation presented a copy of the 56th report on the action taken on the 22nd report of Nagaland Art & Culture Service Rule, 57th report on the 47th report of Nagaland Fisheries Service Rule, 59th report on 54th report on Nagaland Home Guard and Civil Defense (Gazette and non-Gazette), 60th report on the 31st report of Nagaland rural development service rule 2006, 61st report on the 45th report of Nagaland Judicial Service Rules 2009.
Advisor Science and Technology, Mmhonlumo Kikon, chairman, committee on privileges presented a copy of the internal working rules. Discussion and voting on supplementary demand for grants for the year 2019-2020 was also passed.
