The two-day silver jubilee celebration of Lotha Baptist Church (LBC), Purana Bazar (PB) Dimapur concluded on March 12 under the theme “Jesus Saves.”
A press release from LBC Purana Bazar stated that, during the morning session silver jubilee monolith was dedicated by Rev. Nyanchumo Lotha, executive secretary LBCA.
Professor Ezamo Murry shared message on the topic “Jesus Christ, the Saviour in all situations.” A message on “Go forth the Gospel” was shared by Rev. J. Thungjamo Lotha, missionary, One Challenge Global Alliance (OCGA). Short speech was delivered by Nribemo Ngullie, convenor planning committee.
Special prayer for the church congregation was delivered by Rev. R. P. Murry, home evangelist LBC, Dimapur.
Special songs were presented by the jubilee choir, Phalukpong Baptist Church & LBC Dimapur choir. Consecration of the silver jubilee was carried out by Rev. Dr. E. Nrio Ezung, pastor, Ekhyoyan.
Programme was led by Rev. A. K. Jami, senior associate pastor LBCPB. Sanctification prayer for the silver jubilee feast was pronounced by Rev. Y. Patton, former state chaplain NBCC.
Closing session of the silver jubilee was led by Khothungo Kikon, asstt. Pastor, while vote of thanks was proposed by Rev. A. K Jami, senior associate pastor LBCPB.
