Dimapur Bongs observed its 5th foundation day under the motto, “To help the helpless” on August 7, by following lockdown guidelines with selected members only.
A press release by Dimapur Bongs president stated that, to mark the day the members visited the CMO office and paid tribute to the frontline workers. Earlier, the members visited the outgoing DC of Dimapur, Anoop Khinchi and expressed gratitude towards his dedication and services towards the district during the COVID-19 situation.
Members also inaugurated the new office of Dimapur Bongs which has been shifted behind the DMC office. The day was marked with cake cutting ceremony.
