Power shutdown in parts of Dmu

Power department has informed power supply from Metha sub-station would be shut down on September 26 from 6-10 a.m. in view of jungle clearing/cutting. All consumers in the affected areas have been requested to cooperate and bear the inconvenience.

Further, the department also informed that there would be power shut down in Niuland area from 6-9 a.m. from September 28 to October 3. The shutdown was being necessitated for construction of New 33kV line linking between 66/33/11kV Nito farm Sub-station to ongoing construction work at 33/11kV, 2.5MVA Sub-station, Niuland.
