Nagaland COVID-19 tally rose to 10,777 after 103 new positive cases were detected Sunday– 78 in Kohima, 24 in Dimapur and 1 in Zunheboto. Out of 10,777 positive cases, the distribution across various categories include 4473 from the armed forces/police, 1753 returnees, 4044 traced contacts and 507 frontline workers.
2 more deaths: Meanwhile, two more deaths were recorded, taking the tally to 63. Out of 63 deaths, 53 are COVID-19 related, 4 under investigation and 6 deaths not due to COVID.
India’s COVID-19 tally rose to 90.95 lakh (90,95,806) on Sunday with 45,209 new cases, while the death toll reached 1,33,227 with 501 more fatalities.
