Security forces apprehend one NSCN (I-M) member

Security forces, in joint operation with police, apprehended an active cadre of NSCN (I-M) on June 22 at Burma Camp area, Dimapur.

According to PRO HQ IGAR (N), based on specific input, security forces in a joint operation with state police, apprehended the cadre who was involved in “supplying arms and ammunition”.

PRO said one point 22 Pistol and three point 22 live ammunition was recovered during the operation. The apprehended individual along with recovered items had been handed over to East Police Station, Dimapur for further investigation, informed PRO.
