Vety doctor receives IVACON award

Chief veterinary officer, Longleng, Dr. A Imsuyanger Ao was awarded with the Indian Veterinary Association Conference (IVACON) 2021, “best field veterinarian award” on July 30.

Dr. A Imsuyanger Ao was conferred with the award for his contribution in the veterinary profession at the international virtual conference on “emerging challenges to veterinary profession” IVACON 2021 organised by the Indian Veterinary Association (IVA) in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) from June 19-20.

During the programme, Nagaland Veterinarians’ Association (NVA) president, Dr. K N Zubemo Humtsoe delivered the felicitation speech and handed over the certificate on behalf of IVA.

Meanwhile, deputy chief veterinary officer (CVO), Dr. Imomanen Tzüdir pronounced the invocation and also delivered a short speech. 

NVA congratulated Dr. A Imsuyanger Ao on his achievement and said that he had set an exemplary for the upcoming field veterinarians.

The association also acknowledged his contributions in uplifting the rural economy.
