NSCN-K (YA) member held in Mon

In a joint operation, security forces and police apprehended a cadre of NSCN-K (YA) on November 8 at Tizit, Mon district.

According to PRO IGAR (N), the joint team apprehended the cadre who was involved in “multiple extortion activities”. 

PRO said the apprehended individual was handed over to Mon Police Station, Mon district for further investigation.
