Training on food processing

 A three-day skill development training on local food processing and preservation was organised by ANMA Integrated Development Association (AIDA) under SBI Foundation – gram seva programme from November 21-23 in all five adopted villages of SBI Foundation.

AIDA informed that the first stage training was delivered by convergence officer (AIDA- SBI GS staff) Imnayangla Jamir with support of program manager Pfokho John and livelihood officer Kt Khino Anal at Tsithrongse village for gram sevaks, remedial teachers and some SHG representatives. 

The training was organised to provide skilling and trainings to rural community, to encourage self-employment by promoting small, cottage and local industries and to empower rural women. The 15 representatives would train SHGs at their respective villages namely Urra, Bade, Tsithrongse, Diezephe and Khriezephe.
